The cause has been identified and corrected, and all systems are back up and running.

At this time, we can share the following details:

Access to tenants in the MATTR Portal was impacted between 09:13 and 09:31 NZST on 8 June 2026, resulting in a Severity 2 incident.

Users were unable to request bearer tokens for the MATTR VII APIs.
Already authenticated communications to the MATTR VII APIs using a bearer token were not affected.

There will be no further updates regarding this issue.
